Hip 44, a bay colt by Pioneerof The Nile out of Inny Minnie sold for $950,000 to buyer SF Bloodstock LLC/Starlight West. This sharp colt is the third out of the mare, who placed twice in Grade 3 stakes company and is half-sister to Grade 2 winner and Grade 1 placed Montgomery’s Arch.

"He's just been a consummate professional," said Denali's Conrad Bandoroff.  "Every single show that he had, he came out and he just showed himself with so much presence. He's one of those horses that really kind of made you look, and even if you were in another show ring you could always know where the Pioneerof the Nile—Inny Minnie (yearling) was, just because he would drop his head and he walked. Stonestreet raises a great horse and Robert Turner, their manager, does a fantastic job. They always loved this horse, he walks like a panther and he's just smart ... It's nice when you have smart horses that come out and act like professionals, and he certainly was that." (

"He's just so mentally strong," said SF Bloodstock's Tom Ryan. "This horse, he never turned a hair. He was fantastic in every way. He was balanced, and he's like all of the Pioneerof the Niles, a very athletic horse." (
