DENALI CLIENTS MAKING BREEDERS’ CUP NOISE
Denali sale graduateUncle Mo has been installed as the favorite in the Breeders’ Cup Classic. Respite Farm bred the colt by Indian Charlie out of Playa Maya. Denali Stud sold UNCLE MO at the 2008 Keeneland November Sale and in 2010 Respite Farm and Denali sold his dam at the Fasig-Tipton November sale. “We has a lot of horses and people to cheer for Friday and Saturday,” commented Bandoroff, “But a Classic win would be incredible in the same year another Denali graduate won the Kentucky Derby.”
On tap Friday, several Denali cleints will be racing for Breeders’ Cup Championship honors and we wish them all the best. We will be cheering for Her Smile in the Filly and Mare Sprint-G1 as Denali consigns her on Nov. 6 at the Fasig-Tipton Sale as hip 114.
On Saturday in the Breeders’ Cup Marathon-G2, two horses with Denali connections go postward, Birdrun is the morning line second choice, he was sold as yearling by Denali and Brigantin, racing for Team Valor International, was bred, foaled and raised at Denali. In the Breeders’ Cup Turf Sprint another sale graduate goes postward, Perfect Officer.
