DENALI STUD AND EDITION FARM FORM ALLIANCE
Craig Bandoroff’s Denali Stud in Kentucky and Vivien Malloy’s Edition Farm in New York have formed a strategic alliance, it was announced Nov. 30.
“Vivien Malloy has built a first class facility second-to-none in New York and her record as a leading breeder speaks for itself,” said Bandoroff, who keeps several mares at the facility near Hyde Park. “We look forward to offering our clients a quality facility and management team to take advantage of the benefits the New York program has to offer.”
Bandoroff said he had not invested financially in Edition, but had rather formed the partnership as a means to attract more quality mares to both facilities and to further strengthen Denali’s longstanding relationship with New York breeders.
“(The alliance) is just a synergy of the facility (Malloy) has (in New York) and her management team with (Denali’s) reputation and ability to offer some other services,” he explained.
Denali has been involved with the New York breeding program for many years and has represented and advised several prominent facilities there, including Gallagher’s Stud, Edition Farm, Berkshire Stud, and Stepwise Farm.
“This strategic alliance is a great way to celebrate Edition Farm’s 25th anniversary and begin a new and exciting chapter for both Edition and Denali,” said Malloy.
