KATHMANBLU TURNS IN BULLET WORK FOR BC JUVENILE FILLIES TURF

Two-year-old fily KATHMANBLU was foaled, raised and sold by Denali for William Dobozi. Working over the Keeneland turf course the Bluegrass Cat filly went 5f in 1:00.80, the fastest of four at the distance. Going off in the sixth race on Breeders’ Cup Friday, KATHMANBLU’s last three starts have all been on the grass for two wins and one second to Fancy Point at Saratoga. KATHMANBLU goes postward off an impressive score in the “Win You’re In” Jessamine S. at Keeneland on Oct. 14 under Julien Laparoux. KATHMANBLU races for Five D Thoroughbreds and Wind River Stable.
