DENALI CLOSES OUT AT KEENELAND AMONG THE LEADERS AGAIN

Book five, Denali’s last day at Keeneland, resulted in nine sales averaging $38,556 well above the session average of $27,245. Leading the way on Wednesday for Denali was hip 2842, a colt by Indygo Shiner out of Avalanche Lily, who is a half sister to three stakes winners and from the family of champion 2-year-old filly and Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies-G1 winner OUTSTANDINGLY.  Purchased by W. D. North Thoroughbreds for $135,000, the colt was the fourth highest price of the day.
