Denali F-T October consignment includes Shared Belief relative

Denali Stud’s list of cataloged horses for the Oct. 20-22 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Fall Yearlings sale includes a colt out the Betrando mare Encouragement.

The 12-year-old mare is a half-sister to Common Hope, the dam of leading 3-year-old Shared Belief. The colt, who was last year’s Champion 2-year-old male, is now seven-for-seven lifetime following Saturday’s win in the Grade 1 Awesome Again S. His other Grade 1 wins came in the Pacific Classic and last year’s CashCall Futurity.

The yearling, by three-time champion Gio Ponti, will sell during the first day of the sale as hip No. 384.
