After 21 hips sold through session four, Denali ranked fifth by gross receipts at $4,595,000 with an average price of $218,810. Among the group, hip 501 highlighted the consignment. A Tapit colt half brother to Icabad Crane went to Spendthrift Farm for $450,000. Two other noteworthy sales, hip 246, a Distorted Humor filly to Steven Young, agent for $420,000 and hip 356, an Unbridled’s Song-Stormy Welcome colt, getting the highest priced paid by Jerry Crawford’s Donegal Racing at $410,000.
