KEENELAND SEPTEMBER DAY 2

Denali’s consignment produced the third highest filly of the day, hip 246 Distorted Humor-Rockcide solf for $420,000 to Steven Young, agent. Also sold by Denali was the day’s fifth highest colt, Unbridled’s Song-Stormy Welcome went for $410,000 to Donegal Racing/Jerry Crawford. Earlier in the day Denali sold a Tapit colt out of Pure Symmetry for $390,000 to Maverick Racing. The Robert & Beverly Lewis Trust bred colt was the ninth highest colt of the day.

Overall Denali was fourth by gross at $1,840,000 with 7 yearlings averaging $262,857, well above the sale average of $173,333.
