Saturday, May 08, 2010

It was reported today that Serena’s Song, the 1995 champion three-year-old filly, produced a bay filly by Street Cry (Ire) on April 28 at Denali Stud. “Denali’s most famous resident, Serena’s Song, has been with us since her retirement from racing,” commented Denali owner Craig Bandoroff. “This is her twelfth foal and she is a half-sister to multiple Group I winner and French classic-placed Sophisticat and Grade 2 winner Harlington. Serena’s Song will be bred back to Unbridled’s Song,” Bandoroff added.

“We have been very fortunate to have Serena’s Song at Denali and I am deeply grateful to the late Bob Lewis, his wife Beverly and son Jeff for entrusting her care to us,” Bandoroff stated.
